Fairfield Glade Division
Zurich Homes was co-founded by Isaac and Stan Zuercher, a father and son team, in 2005 in the Fairfield Glade area of Crossville, Tennessee. Their goal was to build custom homes of superior quality and design, focused on customer experience. This unique approach led to continued growth for the company and Zurich Homes has emerged as an elite custom homebuilder in the Fairfield Glade area.
Isaac Zuercher leads the Fairfield Glade division of Zurich Homes, including the oversight of day to day operations, strategic planning, new product design development and working collaboratively with the Zurich Homes staff to achieve superior client satisfaction. In addition to serving as a board member of the Cumberland County Homebuilder’s Association, Isaac was named to Professional Builder Magazine’s 40 Under 40 List in 2014. He has also lent his construction expertise to many local Habitat for Humanity projects.
Nashville Division
In 2015, Micah Zuercher expanded the business by opening operations in the Nashville area, which serves Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin and the Williamson County area. Since inception, the Zurich Homes Nashville division has emerged as an elite luxury homebuilder in the Nashville area due to their passion for building a superior product through design while delivering a superior customer experience, which is evidenced through their outstanding customer reviews and referrals.
The Zurich Homes Nashville division is led by Micah Zuercher. Micah joined the Nashville construction industry in 2005. Having worked for both residential and commercial construction companies, he gained a foundation in project management, leadership, estimating and custom home design. Micah’s experience has enabled him to form an elite team of trades, architects, designers and partners to deliver the highest standards of design, construction, project management and customer experience. Micah was named to Professional Builder Magazine’s 40 Under 40 List in 2016.
