Q: What drew you to Fairfield Glade?
A: In looking for a great place to live and eventually retire, Tennessee was high on our list. After visiting a few places around eastern Tennessee, the pleasant plateau temperatures and weather just won us over!
Q: What design style did you go with?
A: A benefit of working with a custom builder, we were able to modify a version of the Bordeaux to meet our needs. Pam, our primary contact at Zurich Homes, supported us through the planning phase. Chad, our project manager, made sure everything was finished ‘just right’.
Q: How / why did you select Zurich Homes to build your house?
A: After looking at available homes on the market, we were unable to find the special place that would be our ‘forever home’. Researching local builders in the area, we found Zurich Homes to be the most sought after custom builder with the highest custom ratings.
Q: What interior and exterior features do you love most about your home?
A: Zurich Homes design offerings made our home both elegant and functional with many special touches. Our favorites are the hidden pantry and large amount of storage ares. Working with Zurich Homes and Oaklawn Farms, we were able to design and build the perfect outdoor area for relaxing and entertaining.
Q: What do you like best about Fairfield Glade and this area?
A: We love all the amenities that Fairfield Glade has to offer including the many hiking trails in the area and boating on Lake Dartmoor to watch the beautiful sunsets.
