We began our home construction while still living in Washington, D.C. Throughout the entire process, we had full access to our project manager, as well as Isaac and the entire Zurich team. We were provided with a detailed schedule and received regular updates and photos, so we never felt uncertain about the progress. Whenever we had questions, the Zurich team responded promptly. We made several trips to Fairfield Glade during the build, and each time we were impressed by the quality of work. The attention to detail at every stage was truly remarkable. Unlike other job sites, ours was always clean and well-maintained by the subcontractors. Our project manager consistently adjusted his schedule to meet with us when we were in town and took time to answer any questions we had.
