The Zurich Homes approach begins with your vision so we can bring each and every detail to life. Through collaborative design, thoughtful planning and on-site project management, we work hand in hand with our clients to incorporate their vision while being mindful of budget. The Zurich Homes approach is professional, collaborative and customer-centric throughout the entire design-build process. Before we break ground, your new home will be fully budgeted and priced with a transparent breakdown of the details included. 1. Vision
Throughout the Zurich Homes process, it is our ultimate goal to bring your vision to life. Our process is centered around collaboration. During our initial meeting, we will review your vision, ideas and goals for your new home. We will take this vision and begin making it a reality.
2. DESIGN
Zurich Homes works with elite design professionals in the Nashville and Fairfield Glade areas. Based on your vision, ideas and goals from our initial meeting, we work collaboratively with design professionals to develop initial schematic plans to review together. We will revise the plans based on our clients’ feedback and the Zurich Homes team’s professional expertise.
3. Price
Once the plans for your new home are finalized, we work together to review the vision for the finishes of your new home. This is where the details begin to take shape – cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, trim work, etc. bring the plans to life and make your new house a home. Once the plans and finishes are finalized, Zurich Homes formally prices your new home as specified. We review the pricing together, and collaboratively make changes to plans or specifications as needed to remain mindful of budget. Our transparent approach is a commitment to the partnership we have with our clients.
4. Build
On-site project management is the key to the superior quality in each Zurich Homes project. We work closely with our clients throughout the process. Our clients can expect to have scheduled pre-determined on-site meetings throughout the project, weekly updates from their assigned Project Manager, and direct communication for questions. It is Zurich Homes’ goal for our clients to feel involved in the process of bringing their dream home to life.
5. Dream Home
