Community Overview
Westhaven is a 1,500 acre neighborhood, located just 3 miles from downtown Franklin, Tennessee. Developed by Southern Land Company, Westhaven is a master planned community focused on design and resident interaction. The Westhaven Golf Club is a private, championship golf course located adjacent to the neighborhood and provides an active social membership as well as a wonderful, core golf course. The Westhaven Residents’ Club offers a 15,000 square foot amenity center along with 3 swimming pools, a 118’ water slide and spray ground. Tennis courts, fitness center and movie theater are all part of the Residents’ Club as well as the Great Lawn, where summer concerts and other activities are held to entertain our residents and their guests.
